  • What is PTXPO's policy for Suitcasing?
Suitcasing is the act of gaining access to a trade event as an attendee (any non-exhibitor variation) and then soliciting business and sales in the aisles, public spaces or other exhibitors' booths. This unethical practice takes advantage of the significant investment show management and legitimate exhibitors contribute to make PTXPO successful for all participants. ** Suitcasing is not tolerated at PTXPO. ** If you suspect someone of suitcasing, please notify show management at once.
  • Will there be a coat and luggage check at PTXPO?

  • What are the PTXPO show rules for exhibitors?
PTXPO follows the same general guidelines as set forth by the International Association of Exhibitions and Events (IAEE). We do not, however, allow end-cap booths. It is important to keep the "line-of-sight" rule in mind when designing your booth space. Line-of-sight display rules provide restrictions on certain areas of booths to allow attendees to view neighboring booths in their line-of-sight as they walk the floor. Any exhibitor who breaks these rules will be asked to remove the object that prevents the line-of-sight and may be subject to loss of renewal ranking points. View the rules HERE
  • What additional PTXPO sponsorship and advertising opportunities are available?
We have many sponsorship and advertising opportunities available to fit your goals, whether you wish to amplify your brand exposure, draw more traffic to your booth or stand out from competitors. Visit our Sponsorships and Advertising page to view opportunities or contact your sales representative to learn more. If you’re looking for a bespoke way to differentiate your company outside our standard sponsorships and advertising offerings, contact our team and we’ll be happy to discuss custom ideas tailored to fit your unique goals and objectives.

  • If I renew to exhibit again at PTXPO 2025, will we be placed in the same location?

  • What are the PTXPO booth prices?
