What are the PTXPO show dates, hours and location?

PTXPO 22 debuts March 29-31, 2022 at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, IL (near the Chicago O’Hare Airport).

Will there be a coat and luggage check at PTXPO?

Yes, there will be a coat and luggage check available for a fee, typically $3-4 per item.

Where is public parking for PTXPO?

Public parking is available in the William Street Garage and East Parking Garage.
Parking is $15.00 for 24 hours with no in-and-out privileges.

Rate is subject to change.

Taxi and ride share services are also an option.


What is included with my PTXPO booth space?

Your booth space includes a 3' side drape, an 8' back drape and a basic company ID sign. All other furnishings will need to be purchased from Rosemont Exposition Services (RES).

RES offers two economy booth packages, ideal for first-time exhibitors and designed to save both time and money:

Plan A ($425): 10x10 booth includes a skirted table, two side chairs or barstools, 10x10 standard carpet, wastebasket, booth vacuuming on the first day, 300 pounds of direct shipment handling services and one 500-watt electrical outlet.

Plan B ($850): 10x20 Booth includes one 30" round table, three side chairs or barstools, 10x20 standard carpet, wastebasket, booth vacuuming on the first day, 300 pounds of direct shipment handling services and one 500-watt electrical outlet.

What are the PTXPO booth prices?

PTXPO’s pricing structure is designed to encourage manufacturers to reserve all the space you need to properly showcase your equipment and services. We offer an affordable, tiered-pricing model that rewards you as you increase your size: the larger the booth, the lower the standard rate.

0-400 square feet

SPECIAL NOTE FOR 2022: If you exhibited at the 2021 Amerimold Expo, Molding Conference, Extrusion Conference or the Additive Manufacturing Conference & Expo, you automatically receive a 10% discount from the standard rates for your 2022 PTXPO booth.

What is the PTXPO payment and cancellation policy?

Terms and conditions can be found on page two of your exhibit space contract.

PAYMENT TERMS: Full payment is now due with all new contracts.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Exhibitor may cancel or reduce contracted space by notifying show management in writing. Cancellations received by January 5, 2022 will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the cost of booth space. Cancellations received after January 5, 2022, will not be refunded and exhibitor shall be liable for 100% of the space rental fee. Once confirmed, your cancellation releases your space for resale or other purposes as determined by show management.

What is SIPP for my PTXPO booth?

SPACE INVESTMENT PROTECTION PLAN (SIPP): From supply chain disruptions to travel and health concerns originating all over the globe, COVID-19 continues to influence how we conduct business. The Space Investment Protection Plan (SIPP) gives exhibitors comfort in knowing that their PTXPO 22 commitment comes with options. Purchasing a SIPP is 100% elective and allows you to cancel your booth up to 60 days before PTXPO 22. It also protects against other cancellation and rescheduling conditions. If you purchase SIPP and cancel prior to January 28, 2022, you are eligible to receive a full refund of the money you have paid.

SPACE REDUCTION: Exhibitor may request a space reduction, in which case remitted funds are applied to the cost of the reduced space. Space reductions are not eligible for a refund of monies already paid.


If I renew to exhibit again at PTXPO 2023, will we be placed in the same location?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee your company the same location. Our renewal system rewards each exhibitor for total investment, including booth size, years of participation, enhanced online listings and sponsorship dollars. We will contact you prior to the 2023 booth selection process with more details.

What are the PTXPO show rules for exhibitors?

PTXPO follows the same general guidelines as set forth by the International Association of Exhibitions and Events (IAEE). We do not, however, allow end-cap booths.

It is important to keep the "line-of-sight" rule in mind when designing your booth space. Line-of-sight display rules provide restrictions on certain areas of booths to allow attendees to view neighboring booths in their line-of-sight as they walk the floor. Any exhibitor who breaks these rules will be asked to remove the object that prevents the line-of-sight and may be subject to loss of renewal ranking points.

When will PTXPO hotel information be available?

We will have specially discounted show guest blocks with the Aloft, Embassy Suites, DoubleTree, Hilton and Hyatt. We expect rates to be around $169/night, on average. Visit our Hotel and Travel page to book and learn more.

Do we need to book with a housing bureau or directly with each participating hotel?

Please book directly with each participating hotel.

What is the best method to get to the Convention Center from the PTXPO hotels?

Most hotels are within safe and easy walking distance. The Embassy Suites, DoubleTree and Hilton are directly across the street. The Hyatt has a skybridge connected to the Convention Center. The Aloft is the furthest distance from the Convention Center but is closer to the Entertainment District of Rosemont and is a short ride share or taxi ride.

Convention Center pick-up/drop-off areas are located at the main circular drive entrance at 5555 North River Road, Rosemont, IL 60018.

PTXPO does not provide shuttle bus service. Some hotels may provide shuttles; please check with your hotel directly.

Can I hand-carry items during PTXPO move-in?

Yes, you can unload displays and other exhibit materials using a Privately Owned Vehicle (POV) by hand carrying it in or by use of a dolly. POVs include compact cars, sport utility and crossovers, pick-up trucks as well as mini and full-size vans. POVs do not include vehicles pulling trailers, flatbed trucks, box vans or semitrucks, all of which should use the loading docks.

Exhibitors may hand carry small packages, pop-up displays and desktop computer equipment provided it can be done without the use of a fork-lift, flat cart or dolly, and only from a designated parking area. The main entrance is not a designated POV area.

Where do I find our unique PTXPO code to give to customers and contacts so that they receive free admission?

Your exhibitor dashboard should list your unique codes in the top right corner. You can also explore the "Download Marketing Assets" tile. Here, you can find more information about promoting your presence at PTXPO, including your exclusive exhibitor discount code that provides a complimentary hall pass to your invited guests.

When will PTXPO exhibitor registration be available?

Exhibitor registration will be available in January 2022. We will contact you directly to notify you when you may register yourself and your team.

How many PTXPO staff registrations do we receive?

As many as you’d like! There is no limit.

Will PTXPO badges be mailed prior to the event?

Badges will not be mailed ahead of time for exhibitors. You will be emailed a QR code on your registration confirmation. Bring your QR code and scan it at on-site registration to expedite check-in.

When will we receive the full PTXPO post-show registration demographics and other attendee data?

Post-show attendee data will be available approximately two weeks after the event.

How many PTXPOasis passes do we receive?

Each exhibitor receives 10 passes to redeem for access in the PTXPOasis Club Room. This can be given to your top customers and prospects, or even used for a couple members of your staff if you choose.
